Possible hut circles :: Shared Description
Two overlapping circular features, each approximately 13 metres in diameter, can be seen here on a slight elevation on the moor. See Link
for a satellite view centred on this feature, which presents the appearance of two overlapping circles of equal size (roughly 13 metres in diameter), the centre of one being located NW of the centre of the other. Note that their visibility varies greatly, depending on the satellite imagery currently online, its lighting conditions, time of year, etc.
The site was later examined by professional archaeologists as part of fieldwork carried out it 2012, with the verdict that "it is possible that both features [i.e., this site and another one that I reported nearby] are the remains of hut platforms, but they are equally likely to be the result of geology and natural vegetation cover".
