One of the earlier developments of apartments, on the original site of two houses (“Oakley House” and “Mount Donard”), in south Belfast for which there are now two applications for planning permission:
“0570/F 36-38 Windsor Park, Belfast Demolition of existing apartments and ancillary buildings and construction of new apartment scheme comprising 42no. units (three blocks of 14 units) over four storeys with shared parking and a new access road” and
“0571/DCA 36-38 Windsor Park , Belfast Demolition of two buildings of 2-4 storeys in height, dating from the 1970s and housing 36no apartments in total. Demolition works will also include the removal of ancillary single storey buildings on site”.
