A simple online search reveals several sources of information regarding this relatively unpretentious small church: Link
Extracting the salient facts we learn that, although there was a church on the present site in 1301, no trace of it remains today. The building seen today dates to the mid 15th century with additions such as the gallery and vestry added in the 18th and 19th centuries respectively. This latter work was carried out at the same time as a ‘conservative’ restoration in the mid 1880s.
The building is listed Grade II Link
The interior has several memorials both on the floor and walls. There is also a stone font, relatively plain and not that old (dated at 1740). There is an interesting coat of arms which seems to have been painted directly onto the wall between the nave and chancel. It is the same age as the font which was in the reign of George II Link
The east window is of stained glass and is dated to 1889.
Externally there are one or two features of interest; a mass dial and an Ordnance Survey bench-mark.
