Gold Post Boxes celebrating Nicola Adams' Olympic Gold Medal :: Shared Description

Nicola Adams won the Gold Medal in Women's Boxing in the flyweight class at the 2012 Olympics in London. The Royal Mail promised to paint a post box gold in the home town of each gold medal winner. She has been honoured with this pair in central Leeds.
She also has the honour of being the first woman to win an Olympic Gold Medal in boxing, which was included in the 2012 Olympics for the first time. The flyweight final was the first of the finals.
