After sale the site was advertised as “Coming soon Palmerston a development of 5 turnkey townhouses” and described by the agents as: “A unique development of 5 modern turnkey homes designed to provide a premium internal layout and specification of unsurpassed quality which will meet all the demands of modern day living”.
Work started, in August 2013, on the new development "Palmerston".
