Maysfields Leisure Centre (redevelopment), Belfast :: Shared Description
Maysfield Leisure Centre, off East Bridge Street, opposite Central station, opened in 1977 and was also the venue for concerts and exhibitions. It became a financial drain and closed in 2004.
The building is to be redeveloped as per the following planning permission (approved 12 November 2015) “/2015/0090/F Proposal to convert existing building into new 3 storey office space with new 2 storey front block extension to include new data centre parking and bicycle parking at side and rear.
