Great Victoria Street/Amelia Street development site, Belfast :: Shared Description

There is (August 2013) an application for the following planning permission: “0802/O 48 to 50 Great Victoria Street and 12-18 Amelia Street, Belfast Redevelopment of site to provide a 14-storey buiding [sic] comprising replacement Public House, replacement bookmakers and office above”. The site is currently occupied by “Brennan’s Bar” better known by its former name “The Beaten Docket”. It dates from 1985. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of neutral geographical and historical record only and do not express any opinion, for or against, the proposed development.
