	The Teifi Pools road, after hail by Nigel Brown Most of the hail has been driven to the right hand side of the road by the wind. The track to Llyn Hir can be seen on the left.

	The upper Claerddu valley by Nigel Brown A shallow valley with typical rough Elenydd grassland, but with improved grazing on the steeper slopes. The quad-bike tracks on the slopes testify to the farmers' preferred method of negotiating the terrain.
	The track to Claerwen by John Lucas The sign suggests that it is legal to drive on the track (but you will need a suitable vehicle). Further ahead it becomes illegal to drive on it.
